ADEME monitoring system :

Datas given each 10 mn by optical meter readers are transmitted by short-distance radio to the local server connected to the local TCPIP network. This Linux server configures and stores datas on its own hard disk.

Once a day (at night), the local Linux server sends the datas to the main server.  The datas are presented to users through the open source software called PROFILENER.
